We really appreciate you all traveling for our wedding weekend and would like to see you and spend time with you before the wedding. A casual pre-wedding dinner for family & out-of-town guests will be on Friday September 30, 2011 at Bob & Carol Roadenbaugh’s home in Dove Canyon, CA. We hope your travel plans will allow you to make it!

Shuttle Information: For your convenience, we have arranged shuttles throughout the day on Saturday. Shuttles will leave from the front of the Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel by the valet desk, but please ensure you are five minutes early as the shuttles will not wait for stragglers. #1 Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Wedding Ceremony — 1:20 PM

#2 Wedding Ceremony to Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel – 3:00 PM (immediately following ceremony)

For those wishing to rest, relax or have a drink at the hotel during the break.

#3 Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Wedding Reception 4:40 PM

For those who need to leave the hotel and be taken to the reception site after the break.

#4 Wedding Reception to Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel — 11:00 PM & 11:30 PM

The shuttles will take guests back at the end of the reception.
