Airport Information:

We recommend that you book your flight as soon as possible in order to get the best rate and avoid last minute purchases. Some useful websites for airfare include: Kayak; Bing; and Southwest. Please see below for airports convenient to the wedding sites.

• John Wayne Airport (SNA): The most convenient airport to fly into is John Wayne Airport (SNA) which is ~5 miles from the ceremony and church and located 1 mile away from the Fairmont Hotel. The airlines that fly into John Wayne Airport include: Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, U.S. Airways, and West Jet. The hotel also provides daily courtesy shuttle service to and from John Wayne Airport.  Please note, there is a courtesy shuttle from John Wayne Airport to the Fairmont Hotel. When you arrive at SNA, go to baggage claim on the bottom level and pick up the courtesy phone that says “Fairmont” on it. They will send over someone to pick you up shortly after.
• Long Beach Airport (LGB): Long Beach Airport is located ~30 miles from the wedding sites and ~25 miles from the hotel. The major airline that flies into Long Beach Airport is Jet Blue Airways.
• Los Angeles Airport (LAX): Los Angeles Airport is located ~45 miles from the hotel and ~50 miles from the wedding sites.  LAX is the primarily airport serving the area and most major airlines fly into LAX.
• From Wisconsin:  If you would like to fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA) the best options from the Milwaukee area would be Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines or Continental Airlines. Please note there are no non-stop flights from MKE to SNA. If you prefer to fly from MKE on a non-stop flight, the best option would be to fly from MKE to LAX on AirTran or Southwest (depending on the flight schedule) and rent a car, use Super Shuttle (see information below) and drive to Orange County. Another option is to fly non-stop from Chicago to SNA (United, American, Continental, Delta, or U.S. Airways), from Chicago to LGB (Jet Blue) or Chicago to LAX (almost every major airline as well as Virgin America).

Car Rental Information:

In order to get around Orange County, having a car is essential.  Websites for rental cars include Kayak and CarRentals.com

SuperShuttle Information:

SuperShuttle information: If you are flying into Long Beach Airport (LGB) or Los Angeles Airport (LAX) another way to get to/from the airport is SuperShuttle. We recommend that you plan ahead with other people in your party and if you need to take SuperShuttle, the more people the cheaper it will be.
Long Beach: From the Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Long Beach Airport estimated fare for one person is $43 and an additional $9 for each additional person.
Los Angeles: From the Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Los Angeles Airport estimated fare for one person is $36 and an additional $9 for each additional person.
