For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel at a rate of $99 per night, plus tax (total $111). For reservations, please call the hotel directly at 949-476-2001 or the Global Reservations Center at 1-800-441-1414 by Wednesday, August 25. Please ask for the Roadenbaugh/Pipes Wedding Room Block. You have 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel without penalty.

Hotel Location: The hotel is located 1 mile from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 25 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB) and 45 miles from Los Angeles Airport (LAX). The hotel is located 4 miles from the ceremony site and 5 miles from the reception as the church and reception are one mile apart. The hotel also provides daily courtesy shuttle service to and from John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, The District and Balboa Island. Hotel parking is $14/day.

Courtesy Shuttle from John Wayne Airport (SNA) to Hotel: There is a courtesy shuttle from John Wayne Airport to the Fairmont Hotel. When you arrive at SNA, go to baggage claim on the bottom level and pick up the courtesy phone that says “Fairmont” on it. They will send over someone to pick you up shortly after.

Don’t forget your sunblock! Be sure to make time to enjoy the Southern California sunshine by the Fairmont’s pool. The cabanas are first come, first serve and have their own TV in them.  This is also where you will find the groom and his groomsmen leading up to the wedding and the bride and groom all day Sunday!

Shuttle Information: For your convenience, we have arranged shuttles throughout the day on Saturday. Shuttles will leave from the front of the Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel by the valet desk, but please ensure you are five minutes early as the shuttles will not wait for stragglers. Shuttle schedule as follows:

Saturday, October 1

#1 Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Wedding Ceremony — 1:20 PM

#2 Wedding Ceremony to Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel – 3:00 PM (immediately following ceremony)

For those wishing to rest, relax or have a drink at the hotel during the break.

#3 Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel to Wedding Reception 4:40 PM

For those who need to leave the hotel and be taken to the reception site after the break.

#4 Wedding Reception to Fairmont Newport Beach Hotel — 11:00 PM & 11:30 PM

The shuttles will take guests back at the end of the reception.
